Requirements

  • Previous experience in a construction environment is considered an asset
  • Display excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to pay strong attention to detail
  • Form and maintain customer relations; in person, through email, and over the phone
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, stay organized, and perform in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Reliable, with strong problem-solving skills
  • Work independently as well as in a team-based environment

Responsibilities

  • Review contracts for site requirements and accuracy
  • Organize and schedule jobs
  • Order materials and supplies as per job requirements, and ensure proper equipment is available and arranged
  • High volume file management; ensuring files are complete, all authorizations and information is present for work completed
  • Prepare work orders, letters, quotes, etc., and invoice customers for completed work
  • Provide Foreman and crews with job information and requirements
  • Maintain employee paperwork for field personnel to ensure any necessary paperwork is provided, such as applications, licenses, police checks, etc
  • Handle incoming customer calls & inquiries and dispatch crews to handle leak calls
