Candidates should possess 1 to 3 years of experience within an IT Support role or IT Project Coordinator role, along with basic technical or operations knowledge such as help desk, desktop support, server support, NOC, or data center operations; proficiency in Microsoft Office/O365 and strong scheduling, coordination, and follow-up skills are also required, as well as must have excellent verbal communication and documentation skills and be detail-oriented.
The IT Service Coordinator will manage ticket flow in ConnectWise, act as the primary point of contact for customer service and issue resolution by assigning tasks and tickets, schedule support coverage for various needs including client sites and NOC, own tickets to ensure processes are followed and tickets are closed out, assist with generating reports related to client SLAs and ABRs, drive customer service and client relationship initiatives, and perform any additional duties as reasonably consistent with the position.
