Responsibilities

Agieren als Ansprechpartner für Serviceverträge bei Kunden (Krankenhäuser und Arztpraxen) in einer bestimmten Region in der Schweiz
Erstellen von Angeboten für Serviceeinsätze auf Basis unserer Preisliste oder bestehender Kundenvereinbarungen
Enge Zusammenarbeit in der Angebotsphase oder bei laufenden Transaktionen mit Service- und Vertriebsteam im Außendienst
Erstellen von Vertragsrechnungen, Berechnung einzelner Serviceeinsätze und Bearbeitung von Reklamationen
Verantwortung für Vertragspflege, Kundendatenpflege und Administration über die gesamte Laufzeit
Operative Unterstützung im Bereich Störungsannahme für Kunden, einschließlich Technikeranfragen, Bestellwesen, eigenverantwortlichem Inventarmanagement und Rechnungslegung
Beteiligung an der Umsetzung von Projekten zur Optimierung von Schnittstellen zwischen Service Administration, Service Center, Technikern, Vertrieb und anderen Abteilungen
