Experienced in using computer programs specific to this role (MS Office and Bluebeam/AutoCad)
Clear understanding of contract documents

Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
Help grow and build the Service business
Work with National team to build local presence and assist on local relationships with national clients
Communicate with existing customers and explain Flynn Service opportunities
Regular follow-up on quotes and tenders
Attend association, industry, and networking events
Plan and attend client meetings in a variety of locations based on interests of the client
Work with Local and National team to promote Flynn’s brand and services through marketing and social media channels
Understand and prepare takeoffs and estimates for assigned jobs in a timely manner
Complete work orders, take-offs and estimates in a concise and timely manner
Ability to conduct presentations virtually
Support corporate initiatives and business development objectives
Work closely with the service manager to keep up to date with department workload, customer leads and team communication
Respond to multiple requests and prioritize accordingly
Estimate the cost to supply products and services to complete needed repairs
