SEO Marketing Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in SEO, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong technical SEO expertise, including experience with Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, Looker Studio, and enterprise SEO platforms is required. Deep understanding of search engine algorithms, keyword research, on-page optimization, off-page optimization, and technical SEO is essential.
As an SEO Director, you will define and own SEO strategies across client accounts, ensuring best-in-class technical, content, and authority-building approaches. You will be the primary strategic consultant for clients, providing high-level SEO insights and driving measurable growth. You will oversee the operational delivery of SEO programs, ensuring seamless execution across technical SEO, content marketing, and link-building initiatives. You will implement the latest SEO innovations, such as AI-driven content optimization, automation, and data science applications, and drive continuous improvement by assessing internal SEO methodologies and ways of working to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. You will also mentor teams, shape internal processes, and help clients receive cutting-edge SEO solutions that drive measurable business impact.
