Responsibilities

  • Support the content and SEO processes across multiple brands in the EU to drive CX and conversion rate improvements
  • Write, proofread, and edit text at various stages of the writing process and in response to requests and feedback from various stakeholders
  • Adapt and optimise copy for various European marketplaces, familiarising yourself with the requirements of each search engine
  • Partner with both Brand Management and Advertising to identify opportunities to grow organic traffic for the full breadth of the brand portfolio
  • Support the translation and localisation process in other languages (DE, FR, IT, ES mainly)
  • Work with in-house creative agencies in the US to ensure smooth content creation and enhancement
  • Report regularly on SEO improvements and advocate internally for content excellence
  • Prioritise and deliver on retail readiness: monitor performance over time using keyword rank checkers and deliver on SEO and content goals
  • Work with analytics tools and commission new reports if needed to identify content optimisation opportunities
