Vidyard is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. Reporting to the Director of Demand Generation, this role is crucial for scaling organic user acquisition and driving website conversion through experimentation, personalization, and collaboration.

You will work cross-functionally with product, design, analytics, and development teams to execute strategic growth initiatives. Key responsibilities include owning SEO performance, leading CRO testing, and leveraging AI for personalized experiences to accelerate user acquisition within our product-led growth funnel.

About the Team

The Marketing team at Vidyard is a collaborative group comprising demand generation experts, product marketers, content strategists, and growth specialists. Our focus is on attracting, converting, and engaging Vidyard's users. We are responsible for driving high-quality sign-ups, building demand across key personas, and enabling revenue growth through integrated programs and high-velocity experimentation. We are passionate about customer insights, agile testing, and cross-functional collaboration, thriving on solving meaningful problems with data and creativity. The team, led by the Director of Demand Generation, is currently focused on scaling product-led acquisition, enhancing website personalization, and evolving lifecycle programs for improved retention and upsell.

Responsibilities

  • SEO Strategy: Lead Vidyard’s SEO strategy to increase qualified traffic and sign-ups from high-intent keywords and video-centric use cases.
  • Keyword Management: Own and evolve the Vidyard keyword universe, focusing on buyer intent and leveraging data on traffic, conversions, and search behavior.
  • Content & Link Building: Partner with product marketing and SEO agencies to inform editorial calendars and link-building strategies, ensuring best-in-class SEO hygiene and optimization.
  • Generative AI Presence: Ensure Vidyard actively grows its search presence within the generative AI space.
  • AI Personalization: Drive AI-powered personalization and content generation efforts, including AI-generated variants for landing pages and dynamic CTAs.
  • CRO & Testing: Lead website and landing page optimization through A/B and multivariate testing to improve conversion rates for sign-up, trial-to-paid, and demo flows.
  • Funnel Analysis: Conduct robust funnel analysis using tools like Heap and Redshift to identify drop-off points and improvement opportunities.
  • Experimentation Roadmap: Create and manage an experimentation roadmap to prioritize, test, and measure changes to the product-led funnel.
  • Referral & Affiliate Programs: Build and optimize referral and affiliate programs to drive scalable acquisition through partner and user advocacy.
  • Lifecycle Campaigns: Support lifecycle campaign strategy by identifying product behaviors, user segments, and trigger points for activation, re-engagement, or upsell.
  • Gamification: Partner with Product to explore gamification strategies that enhance user engagement and retention throughout the customer journey.
  • KPI Monitoring: Define and monitor growth KPIs, including organic traffic, visitor-to-sign-up rate, trial-to-paid rate, and experimentation velocity.
