The Senior Vice President, Denials requires exceptional leadership, analytical, and communication skills, along with experience in operational strategies and alignment with company-wide objectives. Strong strategic thinking and the ability to drive process improvement are also essential qualifications.
The SVP, Denials will develop and execute operational strategies to optimize performance, align departmental goals with company objectives, serve as a key advisor to the executive leadership team, identify and implement best practices, partner with IT/Development to enhance the platform, oversee the Denials line of business, collaborate on Denials expansion through inorganic growth, conduct diligence and integration planning & execution for acquired denial entities, and leverage offshore operations to maximize margin while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
Maximizes revenue from workers' compensation claims
EnableComp focuses on helping healthcare providers maximize revenue from complex workers' compensation claims, which are often difficult to manage.
