Requirements

  • Reside within the Florida West territory
  • Valid driver's license
  • Leadership experience in sales, particularly in medical technology or healthcare solutions
  • High level of product knowledge and relevant medical information in vascular products (peripheral arterial disease, venous disease, embolization, carotid, fistula maintenance)
  • Thorough understanding of the client base and key accounts

Responsibilities

  • Hire, on-board, mentor, develop, train, retain, and evaluate sales representatives
  • Plan, direct, and lead all sales and sales training activities for the district
  • Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Develop and execute accurate and ongoing sales plans to achieve sales objectives
  • Maintain and grow market share across all product lines
  • Leverage the full vascular product portfolio to maximize district sales revenue and share performance
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive revenue and profitability for the district
  • Manage, coach, and provide ongoing feedback through quarterly field rides with sales representatives
  • Conduct performance management discussions based on behavior observation, sales, inventory, administrative, and expense management
  • Collaborate with Area Director of Sales to establish territory quotas, design compensation plans, and ensure strategies meet plans
  • Communicate and implement sales and marketing programs in the district
  • Ensure effective collaboration among district team and internal partners
  • Monitor and control district expenses
  • Maintain company's ethical position and communicate business conduct policies
  • Develop and maintain high product knowledge for self and reports
  • Maintain working relationships with key accounts
  • Attend clinical meetings, seminars, conferences as appropriate
  • Leverage Clinical Resources and work closely with local Clinical Specialist team to support vascular business growth
