Deep UX Expertise – A strong portfolio that demonstrates your ability to solve real user problems through thoughtful design

Responsibilities

Master the Domain – Immerse yourself in domain knowledge, decoding industry nuances and user needs to design with precision
Champion the User – Conduct research, uncover pain points, and translate insights into designs that feel second nature; navigate extracting true needs without being misled by surface-level feedback
Design & Prototype Like a Pro – From quick low-fidelity wireframes to polished high-fidelity prototypes, iterate rapidly and validate solutions with real users
Collaborate Across Teams – Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to bring designs to life in an agile, feedback-rich environment
Lead with Impact – Mentor junior designers, advocate for best practices, and push the boundaries of great UX
Deep Domain Understanding: Dive deep into domain literature and resources
User-Centric Design: Conduct user research to understand needs, behaviors, and pain points, translating insights into user-friendly designs while eliciting needs without being misled by conflated solutions
Wireframing and Prototyping: Create detailed wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to propose and iterate on design solutions, starting with fast, low-fidelity wireframes before moving to mockups
