Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in UX design, communications, marketing, or a similar field, or equivalent experience, certification, or an associate's degree. A minimum of 4-8 years of experience in content strategy or UX writing for digital product design is required, along with an impressive portfolio showcasing strategic decision-making in UX writing and content strategy. Experience translating style guidance, UX best practices, user insights, and legal/compliance requirements into content, as well as collaborating productively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, is essential. The ability to navigate complex feedback and defend content choices is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior UX Content Strategist will collaborate with product designers to co-design user experiences, ensuring content is effective, scalable, and compliant. They will apply and master the internal style guide, taking ownership of content deliverables and understanding UX principles, business objectives, and project constraints. Responsibilities include creating performance-driven content using data and research insights, mentoring other content designers, and influencing content best practices and system improvements. The role also involves defining and developing tools and processes such as internal style guides and messaging playbooks, and contributing content for various channels including emails, push notifications, marketing, customer support, and chatbots.
