Responsibilities

Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points

Develop aesthetically pleasing UI designs aligned with branding guidelines while ensuring accessibility and responsiveness
Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products
Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centered designs
Conduct A/B testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Keep up with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team
