Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to understand user needs and pain points

  • Develop aesthetically pleasing UI designs aligned with branding guidelines while ensuring accessibility and responsiveness
  • Maintain and enhance design systems, ensuring consistency across all platforms and products
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business goals into user-centered designs
  • Conduct A/B testing, gather feedback, and iterate designs to improve user experience
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented correctly using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Keep up with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring innovative ideas to the team
