Requirements

Expertise in managing commercial supply chains within GPS region through collaboration with commercial leads and distributors
Ability to minimize forecast volatility, support new product introduction, and manage cross-functional order books with stakeholders (Customer Service, Supply Planning, Quality, Regulatory, Artwork & Label Operations)
Proficiency in supporting Voluntary Licenses (VL) Dashboard and Trade Operations reporting
Skills in data collection, preparation, QC checks, and dashboard updates using Excel and Tableau
Experience in quality evaluation of Purchase Orders in compliance with Distribution Agreements

Responsibilities

Manage the commercial supply chain within the GPS region through close collaboration between commercial leads and distributors to minimize forecast volatility, support new product introduction, and ensure uninterrupted supply to markets
Handle cross-functional order book management with Gilead stakeholders including Customer Service, Supply Planning, Quality, Regulatory, Artwork & Label Operations
Support the Voluntary Licenses (VL) Dashboard and related Trade Operations reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability of market data for business decisions across therapeutic areas
Perform data collection, preparation, QC checks, and dashboard updates using Excel and Tableau
Conduct quality evaluation of Purchase Orders in compliance with Distribution Agreements
