Expertise in approved scientific resources, publications, and emerging data for approved indications
Capability to prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans
Experience organizing external speaker programs, including speaker selection from approved lists and logistics
Ability to proactively use insights tools for dynamic call planning and provide feedback for improvement

Responsibilities

Promote approved indications of BMS products (Zeposia) within defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner
Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating balanced clinical and scientific rationale for appropriate patients
Engage in fair and balanced scientific dialogue with HCPs using approved resources, ensuring medical accuracy
Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discuss product-related scientific information consistent with label
Organize external speaker programs, selecting from Speakers Bureau approved list, and handle scheduling/logistics
Maintain high level of expertise on emerging data for approved indications and engage real-time medical support (Medical on Call) for questions
Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans, proactively using tools like CE^3 for insights and call planning
Provide feedback on tool usage to leadership for continuous improvement
Proactively collaborate with cross-functional field teams to optimize HCP Customer Experience (Cx)
Gather and share relevant insights/information internally with appropriate stakeholders
Prioritize safe and appropriate use of BMS products while focusing on business results, performance objectives, and BMS values
