Responsibilities

  • Promote approved indications of BMS products within defined territory/region to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly
  • Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical/scientific rationale for appropriate patients in a balanced manner
  • Build/maintain professional credibility with RTLs, community physicians/HCPs, private practices, medical groups, office staff, and stakeholders as primary contact
  • Prepare/implement comprehensive territory and account plans; proactively use tools like SOPHIA for insights and call planning; provide feedback for improvement
  • Demonstrate scientific expertise/passion in fair/balanced dialogue using approved resources; conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns)
  • Organize external speaker programs, select from approved lists, and handle scheduling/logistics
  • Liaise with BMS functions (e.g., cross-functional field teams) to deliver superior Customer Experience (Cx) and meet HCP needs timely/scientifically
  • Prioritize safe/appropriate use of BMS products while focusing on business results, performance objectives, and BMS values
  • Gather/share relevant insights/information internally with stakeholders
