Builds and maintains strong professional credibility with regional thought leaders (RTLs), community-based physicians/HCPs, private practices, medical groups, office staff, and stakeholders
Prepares and implements comprehensive territory and account plans
Proactively uses tools like CE^3 to derive insights and inform call plans
Demonstrates passion and expertise in fair & balanced scientific dialogue using approved resources
Maintains expertise on emerging data for approved indications
Liaises with BMS functions (e.g., Medical on Call) for timely, scientific HCP support
Prioritizes safe and appropriate use of BMS products while meeting business results and exemplifying BMS values

Responsibilities

Promotes approved indications of BMS products within defined territory/region to meet or exceed sales targets compliantly
Creates demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical and scientific rationale for appropriate patients
Engages with and continuously maintains/grows scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas
Prepares and successfully implements comprehensive territory and account plans
Proactively uses tools like CE^3 to derive insights, dynamically inform call plans, and provide feedback to leadership for improvement
Demonstrates scientific expertise using approved resources/publications for HCP presentations, ensuring medical accuracy
Conducts in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discusses label-consistent product information with HCPs
Organizes external speaker programs using approved Speakers Bureau list, handling scheduling and logistics
Maintains high level of working expertise on emerging data for approved indications
Engages real-time medical support (e.g., Medical on Call) for unsolicited questions and complex inquiries
Proactively collaborates with other field teams to ensure optimal Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs
