  • Expertise in approved scientific resources, publications, and emerging data for approved indications
  • Capability to organize external speaker programs using approved Speakers Bureau lists and handle logistics
  • Ability to access real-time medical support (Medical on Call) for unsolicited questions and complex inquiries
  • Compliance in promoting products to meet/exceed sales targets while prioritizing safe and appropriate use

Responsibilities

  • Promote approved indications of BMS products within defined territory/region to meet or exceed sales targets in a compliant manner
  • Create demand for BMS medicines by articulating clinical and scientific rationale for use in appropriate patients
  • Engage with and maintain/grow high level of scientific expertise in assigned products and therapeutic areas
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive territory and account plans
  • Proactively use tools like CE^3 to derive insights, inform call plans, and provide feedback to leadership for improvement
  • Demonstrate scientific expertise using approved resources to present balanced information to HCPs
  • Conduct in-office presentations (e.g., lunch and learns) and discuss product-related scientific information consistent with label
  • Organize external speaker programs, select approved speakers, and facilitate scheduling/logistics
  • Maintain expertise on emerging data for approved indications and engage Medical on Call for complex inquiries
  • Proactively collaborate with other field teams to ensure optimal Customer Experience (Cx) for HCPs
