Requirements

The Senior Territory Manager should possess a strong business development mindset and entrepreneurial skills, with a passion for expanding and growing partner revenue and market share. They are expected to have experience in developing and maintaining effective quality engagements and relationships with distributors and partners, and to manage key partner activities including forecasting, quota attainment, sales training, and sales/opportunity management.

Responsibilities

The Senior Territory Manager will be responsible for building and executing a Territory Plan for the Benelux Territory, serving as an ambassador to SecureFirst Partners, developing and holding effective relationships across partner organizations, managing key partner activities, positioning end-to-end solutions, articulating strategies to owners and partner personnel, developing relationships with partner sales teams to obtain leads, coordinating regional sales operations, and working closely with regional sales teams to ensure proper channel engagement and customer satisfaction.
