Requirements

  • More than 5 years' experience of managing tenders and contracts in Italy
  • Fluency in Italian and English
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit all tender responses for Italy including all related documents and sub-processes on behalf of Cepheid in line with the commercial strategy ensuring they are submitted on time
  • Process all contract requests per policy guidelines, obtaining approvals as necessary and maintain an accurate contract repository in SalesForce
  • Create and follow-up on Service and Rental contracts
  • Maintain accurate customer pricing – ensuring prices are created in the ERP and manage the annual price renewals
  • Work closely with Order Management to analyze and solve pricing disputes and contract issues
  • Manage all Sales Operations activities including tender and contracts management for Italy
  • Work cross-functionally with different teams to ensure the timely submission of tender documents
  • Coordinate and plan the contributions of all relevant teams and provide clear feedback to the relevant stakeholders about the current status of the tenders
