Requirements

  • 4-5 years of Workday configuration experience
  • Proficient with EIBs (Enterprise Interface Builder)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, growth-focused company
  • Proven ability to successfully prioritize multiple projects and priorities, and able to pivot when priorities change
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex cross‑functional programs and implementing change at scale
  • Strong stakeholder management and influence; able to turn ambiguity into clear plans and outcomes
  • Sets standards for execution, problem solving, and process optimization, with a focus on execution, problem-solving, and process improvement
  • Experience developing and implementing business and system process improvements and setting standards
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

Responsibilities

  • Lead design, architecture, and configuration across Workday modules (Core HCM, Absence, Time Tracking, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Payroll integrations)
  • Owns the roadmap with functional and technical system stakeholders to streamline processes, advise on new functionality, and promote user adoption
  • Lead Workday release management: impact assessment, regression test strategy, stakeholder comms, enablement, and post‑release stabilization
  • Establishes and documents process and results following our SOX compliance change management process
  • Drives the strategy around data governance and integrity in systems by running audits and analyzing data
  • Optimize the Workday environment and strategy and manage vendor relationships
  • Translate ambiguous needs into scalable, secure Workday designs
  • Mentor HRIS analysts and peers and conduct design reviews and define Workday design standards
