Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Solution Consultant will build, manage, and deliver first-class content to support solution consultants in delivering effective demos. This includes creating click-path scripts, videos, and PowerPoints for new releases, reviewing systems for accurate demo data, and maintaining the Global Demo Operations Repository. Responsibilities also include building customer Proof of Concept models, supporting the solution consulting team with integration points, ensuring demo scenarios and data are relevant for priority countries and markets, and educating the team on product demonstration materials and key messaging. The role involves managing RFI/RFP/InfoSec responses, prospect meetings, and workshops, collaborating with various departments, aligning technical messaging with value propositions, and developing standardized content around technical topics.
