Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree, preferably in an Engineering field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering project management and 3+ years of experience in Agile project management, fluency in English, and the ability to work directly with Executives. Demonstrated experience working with global product teams and engineers, understanding complex technical concepts, and influencing change is also required.

Responsibilities

The Senior Technical Project Manager will coordinate cross-functionally with Product and Engineers to define project specifications and communicate project status, ensure accurate PM reports are updated, provide management visibility into project progress, organise and conduct project reviews with stakeholders, develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals, understand the domain and leverage past experiences to identify areas for improvement, and share best practices related to project management. They will also manage individual deadlines and goals, and mitigate risks.
