Demonstrated expertise in navigating complex organizational structures, managing stakeholder relationships at all levels, and proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools like JIRA are required. Strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive, results-oriented mindset. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred, and a consulting background, PMP certification, or LEAN/Six Sigma experience are considered bonuses.
The Senior Technical Program Manager will orchestrate the successful delivery of large-scale Product Engineering and user experience initiatives across multiple teams and regions, working closely with engineering leaders. Responsibilities include overseeing program execution, managing communication, scope, JIRA ticket hygiene, JIRA planning, and risk management. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for coordinating activities across dispersed teams, proactively identifying and addressing roadblocks, facilitating decision-making to resolve issues and mitigate risks, and maintaining comprehensive documentation and visibility of program status within JIRA. The individual will also track program success, actively participate in forums and meetings to provide updates and gather feedback, and uphold a commitment to excellence in execution, delivering on time and within scope.
