Senior Talent Coordinator (6 Month Fixed-Term)

Change.org is seeking a Senior Talent Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract to support our high-performance hiring and culture initiatives. This role is crucial in ensuring an amazing and efficient experience for all candidates and hiring teams.

Position Overview

You will report to our Senior Talent Coordinator and Operations Specialist. As a key member of our Talent Team, you will own the candidate experience, manage complex scheduling, maintain and optimize Greenhouse, and drive operational excellence.

Key Outcomes

  • Own the candidate experience: Manage the entire candidate journey from application to offer, consistently gathering feedback and championing improvements for an inclusive, positive, and engaging experience.
  • Manage complex scheduling: Flawlessly coordinate interviews across global time zones, ensuring hiring teams and candidates are fully prepared, informed, and supported.
  • Maintain and optimize Greenhouse: Build templates, configure interview kits, clean data, and generate reports to inform hiring decisions and process improvements.
  • Drive operational excellence: Proactively identify inefficiencies, surface process bottlenecks, and collaborate with recruiters and People Team members to implement improvements.
  • Support the People Team: Coordinate logistics for special projects such as onboarding, DEI initiatives, team events, and employer branding efforts, ensuring smooth execution.

Target Experience

  • 2+ years in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
  • Significant hands-on experience with Greenhouse.
  • Proven ability in managing complex scheduling and coordinating logistics.
