Job Description

Position Overview

  • Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 USD

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of recruiting coordination experience in-house at a tech company
  • 1+ years of experience scheduling for leadership interviews
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to solve ambiguous problems and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews for roles of all levels, from IC to senior leadership.
  • Partner with executive assistants, recruiters, and sourcers to streamline scheduling.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Provide stellar candidate experience by addressing all candidates’ needs and ensuring process moves efficiently.
  • Provide any ad hoc support for events, meetings, etc. beyond interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, job postings, and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Generate and analyze recruitment metrics and reports to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for improving the hiring process.
