Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in a Talent Acquisition Coordinator or Recruiting Operations role (corporate or global environment preferred)
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting (or similar ATS) and strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Forms
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on professionalism, service, and confidentiality
  • A proactive, problem-solving, and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability and ownership

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate, schedule, and confirm interviews (virtual, phone, and in-person) across multiple time zones and functions
  • Partner with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a positive experience throughout the interview process
  • Manage candidate travel and expense coordination, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Support sourcing activities and pipeline development through LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Utilize and optimize TA technologies such as Workday Recruiter, HireVue, and other digital tools to streamline processes
  • Monitor background checks, initiate onboarding activities, and ensure compliance across all pre-hire steps
  • Collaborate with TA leadership on projects that enhance operational efficiency, candidate experience, and employment branding
  • Apply an agile mindset and contribute to continuous improvement through process innovation, feedback loops, and system enhancements
  • Serve as a mentor and resource for other coordinators, helping to promote consistency and best practices across the team
