Responsibilities

The Senior Systems Engineer will collaborate with enterprise personnel to capture requirements, research and evaluate IT solutions, design and implement critical business software and services, and improve existing processes and infrastructure. They will also design and manage a monitor & alert system with automated responses, share information and mentor technology teams, establish and document systems standards, create documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures and Knowledge Base articles, provide ticket updates, and drive scripting and automation to resolve complex problems.
