Requirements

Candidates must have 12+ years of experience designing and scaling enterprise workflows for large companies, along with experience architecting and configuring enterprise work management solutions, specifically with ServiceNow. A strong understanding of OKRs, Agile workflows, capacity planning, portfolio management, and investment tracking is required. Proven ability to design scalable data models and business processes, excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and business teams, and experience leveraging AI in work processes are also necessary. A background in business operations, program management, or enterprise systems is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

The Product Manager will design, implement, and manage an integrated work management solution using ServiceNow (SPM/PPM/CWM). They will build scalable frameworks for managing OKRs, programs, projects, epics, stories, and tasks, and establish workflows for capacity planning, resource forecasting, investment planning, and risk alignment. Responsibilities include defining and maintaining data structures for traceability, partnering with stakeholders to design new solutions and drive adoption, defining reporting requirements for meaningful insights, driving organizational change management, and supporting ongoing platform maintenance and scalability.
