Senior Engineering Director, Plant Development

Candidates must hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Petroleum, Mechanical, Chemical, or a related engineering field from an accredited college or university, and possess a minimum of twelve (12) or more years of industry experience with a firm understanding of reservoir engineering, field development planning, and economics & reserves for unconventional resources. An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test are required.
The Senior Staff Engineer will coordinate portfolio analysis needs across the corporation, collaborate with Portfolio and Asset team members to ensure the quality of resource development characterizations within the portfolio model, develop and maintain operational and financial parameters, frame and run scenarios to evaluate portfolio tradeoffs, communicate portfolio insights to various audiences, and leverage portfolio insights to develop a long-range plan used to guide financial planning and asset team operations scheduling. They will also perform other duties as assigned.
