  • Excellent communication, collaborator management, and teamwork skills to influence and align diverse teams toward shared goals

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and defining business requirements for IT systems to ensure seamless, high-impact implementation of solutions
  • Collaborating with multi-functional teams and partners to identify technology strategies that align with business objectives, improve user experience, and achieve quantifiable outcomes
  • Leading and handling IT and AI enabled projects spanning the Atlassian portfolio and beyond—ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and with clear success metrics
  • Developing and maintaining detailed documentation on system design, configuration, integration, and AI adoption standard methodologies
  • Bringing to bear analytics and metrics to track project performance, identify optimization opportunities, and drive continuous improvement in user happiness
  • Offering expert guidance, mentorship, and customer-centric support to collaborators, ensuring positive project outcomes and improving adoption and engagement
