Requirements
- U.S. citizenship
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- 3+ years experience in administration of Atlassian Jira Data Center or Jira Cloud products
- Proficiency in SQL
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python and Groovy)
Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the Atlassian suite of tools, including JIRA and Confluence Data Center and associated plugins/add-ons
- Manage complex workflows for syncing between Jira instances
- Monitor the performance, availability, and security of Atlassian applications
- Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand their requirements and configure/customize the Atlassian tools
- Develop and implement best practices and guidelines for using Atlassian tools
- Provide training and support to users to ensure their effective utilization
