Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, and have at least 7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, with a strong focus on large-scale distributed systems. Demonstrated experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP is essential, along with proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Go.

Responsibilities

The Senior SRE will support and/or own the deployment of global products, providing 24/7 first-line Engineering support for any issues related to global product deployment, availability, and internal operations support. They will drive effective resolutions of core product issues with Engineering teams, setup and maintain Infrastructure and Product Reliability monitoring and alerting, and maintain and enhance CI/CD Tooling and Terraform scripts in collaboration with DevOps, as well as maintain and enhance Engineering Operational Documentation for supported products.
