Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations, HR shared services, or related fields within EMEA
  • Demonstrated expertise in offer management, country-specific HR practices, and resolving complex cases with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong understanding of EMEA labor laws, Works Council processes, and compliance standards
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional HR teams including Global Mobility, Total Rewards, and ERLR
  • Proficiency in HRIS/ATS systems and case management tools
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Lead Recruiters to guide and support the offer creation process, ensuring clarity and fairness
  • Provide accessible and accurate guidance on country-specific requirements to support compliant and equitable offers
  • Identify and proactively address potential challenges in offer preparation, ensuring timely and respectful resolution
  • Act as a consistent point of contact for Lead Recruiters throughout the offer process, escalating to relevant HR specialists when needed
  • Manage and resolve complex cases with sensitivity and attention to individual needs, including relocation support, Global Mobility timelines, and documentation for Works Councils
  • Partner with Employee Relations, Labor Relations (ERLR), and Total Rewards to ensure inclusive and compliant language in offers
  • Prepare Candidate Information Forms and gather required documentation, respecting local practices and individual circumstances
  • Initiate and follow up on CCR EMEA cases in collaboration with Recruitment and Onboarding teams
  • Monitor case progress to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that reflect a commitment to candidate care
  • Meet or exceed agreed SLAs while identifying opportunities to enhance processes for greater efficiency and inclusivity
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the Talent Acquisition team
  • Ensure all transactions and documentation are complete, accurate, and compliant with relevant labor laws, data privacy regulations, and Works Council requirements
  • Promote transparency and fairness in all HR processes
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with internal stakeholders including Talent Acquisition, Recruitment & Onboarding, Global Mobility, Total Rewards, ERLR, and global People & Organization (P&O) teams
  • Communicate proactively and inclusively with Hiring Managers, Lead Recruiters, and candidates to deliver a positive and accessible experience
