Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional client consultation and client onboarding experience
  • Lead onboarding meetings and customize training sessions to ensure successful implementation and rapid adoption
  • Serve as the primary contact throughout onboarding, providing hands-on support, technical guidance, and troubleshooting to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience
  • Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless transition from sales through onboarding to engagement
  • Proactively identify and resolve client concerns, supporting resell and relationship recovery efforts as necessary
  • Partner with broader revenue team to develop and implement strategies that enhance engagement, support renewals and price increase, and foster long-term loyalty
  • Collaborate with product and strategy teams to relay client feedback and contribute to solution enhancements that improve onboarding and engagement
  • Serve as an expert guide on Nasdaq eVestment solutions, providing clients with reliable and insightful assistance throughout their journey
