Responsibilities

Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the Geotab ecosystem, serving as a SME to empower end-users and partners
Engage and collaborate with strategic partners and key end-users to optimize their utilization of Geotab's technology, products, and solutions, tailoring approaches to complex needs
Collaborate with Geotab revenue generating teams as a key technical resource to identify and deliver solutions for customer challenges, contributing to sales growth, ecosystem expansion, and customer retention
Drive revenue growth by translating complex technical capabilities into business value, conducting discovery and requirements analysis, and designing compelling technical demonstrations and pilots
Ensure partner and end-user satisfaction through prompt and accurate service
Work closely with sales channels, customer care, product management, and other solutions engineering teams
Drive Geotab’s strategies, develop tools and educational content for internal teams and external partners, and advance business objectives
Identify gaps in the product ecosystem, provide alternative solutions, and give feedback to product and development teams
