Experience as a trusted technical advisor in sales engagements, particularly with enterprise customers in AI/ML
Strong technical expertise in AI, ML, Data Science, and MLOps to act as a bridge between product and customer needs
Ability to build and prove technical and business value in high-stakes sales cycles, including Proof of Concepts (PoCs)

Responsibilities

Serve as the trusted advisor championing Fiddler’s value to customers, demonstrating why it matters
Act as the essential technical bridge between Fiddler’s AI platform and enterprise customer needs
Contribute directly to revenue growth by building and proving the technical and business value of Fiddler AI
Validate technical feasibility and demonstrate business value in strategic prospects and partners
Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams on complex PoCs and challenging sales cycles
Help scope Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and strategize on sales engagements to accelerate growth
