Requirements

Experience in a customer-facing, account management or strategic consulting organization
Technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
Results-oriented and outcome-based mindset
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset
Self-motivated, proactive approach with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and adoption
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven experience building strong internal and external relationships
Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues
Team player attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Fluent written and spoken English (mandatory); Arabic language is advantageous
Previous experience working with UiPath or another automation platform is an advantage
Previous experience working on Test Automation tools is an advantage

Responsibilities

Proactively support end-to-end sales activities and create strong value propositions
Undertake thorough analysis of customers' business requirements to identify potential opportunities
Demonstrate ability to transform strategic business challenges to UiPath capabilities
Articulate high-level solutions to fit client needs and environment during a deal process
Learn the benefits of new and exciting technologies and how to integrate with UiPath
Drive end-user adoption of UiPath products through events, seminars, webinars, technical training, and other activities
Work closely with Customer delivery leads and Professional Services teams to make solutions a reality for the customer
Support Marketing initiatives through evangelism activities, including writing blogs, speaking in UiPath marketing events/webinars, and other industry events
Contribute to clients’ business objectives by offering an industry-relevant perspective on markets and industries
Lead technical engagements across the sales process
Work on multiple opportunities and understand how to prioritize
Keep up to date with technology, industry changes, and changes to the Presales community
Adopt an innovative approach to creating solutions
