Requirements

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of sales experience, preferably in complex and multidisciplinary environments
  • Preferred: 5 years of experience in cybersecurity and enterprise architectures (authentication, fraud, ATO, CNP)
  • Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in risk management/credit policy
  • Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is desirable)
  • Solid understanding of the OSI model, especially HTTP, TCP and SSL
  • Deep knowledge of authentication methodologies (2FA/MFA, biometrics, risk-based authentication)
  • General understanding of security frameworks, hash and cryptography
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in research, investigative questioning, and risk identification
  • Experience in engineering/development (back-end and/or mobile) is a plus
  • Technical knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript)

Responsibilities

  • Leverage your expertise in fraud detection and risk management to advise and support clients on best practices, systems, processes, and regulatory requirements related to fraud prevention
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations to potential customers, emphasizing advanced fraud detection and prevention capabilities
  • Conduct in-depth workshops and discovery sessions to gather, analyze, and validate client requirements, recommending tailored fraud prevention solutions that align with business objectives
  • Proactively scope, design, and document technical solutions and project plans to address prospective customer needs in fraud prevention, ensuring clarity and feasibility
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (product, engineering, operations, legal, compliance) to ensure proposed solutions are robust, compliant, and exceed client expectations
  • Stay current with industry trends (AI, automation, analytics, APIs), emerging threats, and regulatory changes in fraud and risk management, sharing insights with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Support the development of business cases, including ROI analysis and benchmarking, to demonstrate the value and impact of LexisNexis Risk solutions
  • Provide post-implementation guidance and ongoing support to clients, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, upsell, and cross-sell
  • Act as a trusted advisor, building strong relationships with clients and positioning LexisNexis Risk as a leader in fraud prevention and risk management
