Based in North America, with proximity to Palo Alto, NYC, Austin, Boston, or Denver preferred
Ability to articulate technology and communicate the value of Workato’s products to prospective business and technical users and buyers, with a focus on enterprise applications
Expertise in AI, Generative AI, and Agentic architectural concepts to educate diverse audiences including digital leaders, AI engineers, prompt developers, data architects, enterprise architects, IT ops, line of business, marketing Ops, Finance Ops, and People Ops
Trusted advisor on Workato’s AI Agentic capabilities, providing thought leadership, best practices, and driving adoption

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional customer teams, including data scientists, software engineers, AI leaders, and Architects, to demonstrate how Workato Agentic can transform their work
Team effectively with Sales AEs, Solution Architects, and other functions to evangelize Agentic and AI capabilities, delivery approach for Workato Agent solutions, AI-infused use cases, and customer-tailored architecture
Articulate and educate on AI, Generative AI, and Agentics architectural concepts to various audiences
Assist sales teams with technical discovery for customer prospects and architect/build AI blueprint solutions using Workato products
Own technical alignment with customers during the pre-sales lifecycle through workshops and interactions to define their future state for AI and Enterprise Automation
Enable clients to become proficient on Workato’s Agentic Platform, empowering employees and building AI Agent solutions
Shape product direction by communicating market needs to the Product Management team
