Requirements

  • Experience in Pre-Sales/Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, Customer Success or Sales role, working collaboratively with Sales Teams, understanding the full sales life cycle & processes
  • Proven Fraud and Identity and/or Financial Crime Compliance experience
  • Proven SaaS platform experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in customer-facing situations
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills, highly motivated with a great sense of initiative
  • Accomplished presales consultant in the technology sector

Responsibilities

  • Act as the lead technical specialist for global RiskNarrative sales activity, supporting commercial engagements requiring deep technical product knowledge to build prospect confidence in solution operation and integration
  • Assist sales calls remotely or face-to-face in qualifying opportunities and delivering product demonstrations and presentations
  • Manage Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and remote Proof of Concept (POCs) processes
  • Serve as the Technical Lead in detailed sales engagements
  • Answer questions from technical stakeholders on integration and deployment of the RiskNarrative solution
  • Create process maps and other technical artefacts to articulate complex configurations and system interactions, aiding opportunity closure and accurate solution delivery
  • Provide in-person support for field sales initiatives regionally (some travel required)
