Requirements
Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent experience, and demonstrate deep knowledge of Workday, including Core HCM, Compensation, Recruit, Absence and Time modules. They must have in-depth experience supporting human resource processes such as employee data management and organizational structure management, particularly in M&A contexts, and a functional/technical knowledge of payroll integration points (PECI, WECI, PICOF).
Responsibilities
The Senior Solutions Architect - HR Technology Services (HRTS) will lead Human Capital Management Systems discovery, requirements, and Phase X implementations for mergers and acquisitions, analyzing and documenting business processes within the existing HCM system (Workday) to align with M&A activities. They will review system functionality with collaborators and identify gaps related to M&A needs, lead and support data conversion activities including mass data loads and data integration, engage with project team members to ensure successful system updates and modifications, and liaise with business users to analyze requirements and evaluate HR system functionality. Additionally, the role involves translating conceptual user requirements into functional requirements, assessing the impact of change requests, documenting tasks and dependencies, and conducting research into systems issues and products.
