Requirements
- 6+ years’ experience as a Systems Business Analyst or Solution Designer
- Experience working with software using .NET framework
- Proven expertise in designing scalable, complex system solutions
- Experience in designing wireframes and/or prototypes
- Proficiently use of Figma (or similar) to design and communicate complex features
Responsibilities
- Lead creation of BRDs and complex process flows; review and guide others’ documentation
- Accurately document user stories on Azure DevOps for development teams
- Produce and manage written requirements specifications
- Work closely with development teams to conceptualise and design solutions
- Ensure smooth transition of solutions into production, supporting change-management
- Provide consultative expertise internally and externally
- Establish and enforce best practices, frameworks, and reusable assets to improve SD efficiency
- Work closely with QA on story definition and test plans
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level designers
