Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, business, or a related field
  • 2 years of sales or marketing experience
  • Retail Data Experience
  • Technical knowledge and a comprehensive understanding of how Walmart Scintilla (or comparable industry product) works
  • Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects
  • Ability to work with internal partners such as sales and product teams
  • Skills in selling products and closing deals
  • Knowledge of modern SaaS UI, API, and Data solution structure
  • Experience in conducting presentations to internal and external partners
  • Valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel when needed
  • Bi-lingual Spanish

Responsibilities

  • Establish the technical needs of the customer and suggest appropriate products
  • Explain complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable with clear action steps
  • Work with cross functional teams via established ways of working while providing process improvement insight
  • Understand current product capabilities as well as stay up to date on product roadmaps
  • Lead technical product demonstrations, onboarding, and adoption activities
  • Report to management about sales made
  • Update records of customer communications and contact information
  • Understand the needs of the customer, demonstrate products, apply technical product knowledge to help clients, and execute and build processes to effectively accomplish team goals
  • Develop an excellent rapport with existing customers, prospects, and internal organizational partners
  • Be knowledgeable about competing products and break down technical terminology and business value to technical, non-technical, and executive audiences
