Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, along with 12+ years of experience across solution architecture, software development, and enterprise systems. Furthermore, they should have 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect specifically within Marketing, Sales, and Partner domains, alongside 5+ years of experience working with or implementing solutions on the ServiceNow platform, and demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing architecture or technical teams.
The Senior Solution Architect-GTM will drive architecture for complex initiatives across the Marketing, Sales, and Partner domains, particularly in the lead-to-cash area, owning and guiding L1–L3 solution design to ensure alignment with the product roadmap and business processes. They will collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, enterprise architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into scalable and compliant technology solutions, partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure solutions align with industry best practices, compliance requirements, and ServiceNow’s platform strategy. Additionally, the role involves continuously assessing emerging technologies and architecture trends to inform future-state architecture, leading architectural reviews, governance processes, and knowledge-sharing sessions, and demonstrating a comfortable ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while driving clarity through structured thinking.
