5+ years of experience managing high-performing teams

Experience building AI agents
Deep experience designing distributed systems

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers and managers building employee-facing products and experiences
Participate in product design and development, engaging at all levels of execution
Work closely with PMs, TPMs, and technical teams to drive engineering outcomes, enhance user experiences, and develop products and workflows that users love
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
Be a strong advocate of bringing AI-first experiences to our users
