Requirements

  • Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related science degree (or equivalent experience)
  • 5+ overall years in a similar or related role
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining commitment to customer success
  • Knowledge of networking protocols, especially RoCE, Infiniband, and the common L1 to L4 protocols
  • Background in high-performance networking and low-level programming, with strong proficiency in C
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time-management and organization skills for coordinating multiple initiatives, priorities, and implementations of new technology and products into sophisticated projects
  • Self-motivated to independently acquire new skills and knowledge
  • Willingness to use AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance engineering tasks and problem-solving
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with experience in embedded systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Establish yourself as a technical expert in embedded networking products, mainly BlueField and ConnectX product lines, directly supporting sales account and program managers, working closely with the team to secure design wins
  • Demonstrate self-sufficiency by proactively identifying solutions, independently mastering new technologies, leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate your development and productivity, and driving projects with minimal supervision
  • Engage with strategic customers and partners to train, design, build, and productize solutions based on our networking products
  • Identify customer architectures and key product and production requirements with regard to AI networking at hyperscale, software-defined networking, and the latest GPU hardware
  • Represent the group in cross-org/leadership and customer technical discussions
  • Provide customer engineering engagements for NVIDIA Networking products for systems deployed in the AI factories
  • Work multi-functionally with multiple internal organizations as well as ensuring a positive collaboration with external customers
  • Use people skills and technical knowledge to provide design-in support for networking and AI products in customer systems
