Requirements

4+ years of experience writing production software and building web applications
Proficiency in Python and Typescript
Experience with Postgres
Enthusiasm and experience with an experimentation-driven approach to problem-solving
Excitement about building for customers, learning their needs, iterating fast, and seeing your solutions solve their core problems
Excellent and proactive communication skills (both verbal and written)

Responsibilities

Develop and scale growth experiments across the funnel—acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization—using a mix of product, engineering, and data science techniques
Build and optimize user experiences that drive self-serve adoption and expand usage within teams
Leverage data and analytics to measure user behavior, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to lead PLG and SLG motions
Automate and enhance workflows for customer acquisition, lead qualification, and sales enablement
Contribute to technical growth initiatives, such as in-app experiments, onboarding flows, and usage-based monetization models
Own and improve growth infrastructure, including experimentation platforms, tracking systems, and data pipelines
