  • 4+ years of experience writing production software and building web applications
  • Proficiency in Python and Typescript
  • Experience with Postgres
  • Enthusiasm and experience with an experimentation-driven approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities

  • Develop and scale growth experiments across the funnel—acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization—using a mix of product, engineering, and data science techniques
  • Build and optimize user experiences that drive self-serve adoption and expand usage within teams
  • Leverage data and analytics to measure user behavior, uncover insights, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to lead PLG and SLG motions
  • Automate and enhance workflows for customer acquisition, lead qualification, and sales enablement
  • Contribute to technical growth initiatives, such as in-app experiments, onboarding flows, and usage-based monetization models
  • Own and improve growth infrastructure, including experimentation platforms, tracking systems, and data pipelines
