Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering
- Strong expertise in Node.js, TypeScript, React, API development
- Experience with complex systems: microservices, CI/CD (GitHub Actions), Docker, and AWS environments
- Proven collaboration with Product, Design, and Go-to-Market teams
- Product-first mindset: ability to empathize with customers and link technical choices to business impact
- Fluent in English (French is a plus)
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver growth-driven features: Acquisition (B2B website, new regions expansion), Conversion (free → premium, in-product upgrades), Efficiency (automation, dashboards, internal tools, AI for internal users)
- Drive engineering best practices: quality, testing, documentation, observability (Datadog), and production monitoring
- Shape technical strategy, crafting architectural proposals with architects and aligning engineering roadmaps with Growth & GTM objectives
- Scale GTM systems: automate Sales & Ops workflows, build self-serve activation experiences, and integrate with third-party tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally to turn business insights into impactful technical solutions
