The Senior Software Engineer will own and deliver quarterly goals for the team, leading engineers through ambiguity to solve open-ended problems and ensuring team support. They will collaborate with product management, design, and analytics to articulate technical constraints and make decisions considering risks and trade-offs. Proactively identifying and solving project, process, technology, or business issues is expected. The engineer will support the operations and availability of team artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics, escalating issues, and supporting on-call efforts. Fostering a culture of quality and ownership through code review and design standards, as well as advocating for these standards, is a key responsibility. Additionally, they will help develop team talent by providing feedback, guidance, and leading by example.
