Requirements

Candidates must possess at least 7 years of experience writing readable, tested, and efficient code, familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI) best practices, experience with a modern front-end framework such as React or Vue, experience with a modern back-end web framework like Rails or Python, experience with a relational database like PostgreSQL or MySQL, solid debugging and optimization skills, experience with APIs supporting mobile applications delivering rich user experiences, expertise with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and frameworks, and an interest in learning new tools, languages, workflows, and philosophies.

Responsibilities

The Senior Software Engineer will build and integrate tools to optimize contracting, eligibility, and billing processes, directly impacting business outcomes through the improvement or implementation of solutions in partnership with product and business stakeholders, serve as an informal leader to the team by continuously identifying ways to improve, mentoring others, and removing ambiguity, leverage AI and ML tooling to deliver innovative solutions to complex problems, collaborate and influence others to shape future direction based on experience and technology research, lead large projects anticipating infrastructure and architectural needs, research, adopt, and advocate for new technologies, and provide excellent communication and collaboration skills.
